Lead Limits, Messaging Credits & Billing

Each plan includes a monthly lead limit plus a 150% grace buffer. A lead is counted per unique person, not per message or interaction.

A unique person who interacts via widget, SMS, Google, Yelp, Facebook, phone, or any connected source.

If you exceed your plan limits (leads, SMS, email, voice minutes), you'll be prompted to upgrade. Enterprise customers receive custom volume tiers.

Yes. After the 150% buffer, new leads are logged but no SMS or email replies are sent until you upgrade.

Yes. Each plan includes SMS credits, email sends, and AI voice minutes.

No. Usage resets every billing cycle.

Pricing & Contracts

Plans designed for contractors start at $229/month (Essential), $399/month (Growth), $629/month (Scale), and Enterprise is custom for larger home service companies.

Higher tiers include more lead volume, more SMS/email/voice credits, 10DLC registration, human takeover, advanced integrations, analytics, and priority support.

No - all plans are month-to-month. Enterprise plans may include optional annual agreements.

Yes. All plans include a $299 one-time onboarding fee.

Phone Numbers, Texting, & AI Voice

Essential uses a toll-free texting number; Growth, Scale, and Enterprise include a registered 10DLC number.

Your existing business phone number stays the same. LeadTruffle uses a dedicated outbound SMS number to ensure carrier compliance.

When someone calls your business, we forward the call to a private number we assign you. The AI answers, collects intake details, and sends them back to you.

Voice AI interactions are logged and transcribed, not recorded audio clips.

No. All messaging must be fully opt-in and compliant with carrier and TCPA rules.
